This is a Platform Operations Specialist position within a strong, technical and high profile team. As a Platform Operations Specialist you further improve and professionalize our digital IT platform operations processes.
You manage urgent and complicated support issues and act as an escalation point. By further developing and maturing the escalation process you ensure information flows freely in the organisation. In addition you manage key 3rd party SLA’s by ensuring that all services are delivered according to contractual commitments.
Since this is a new role you will get the opportunity to shape the role and structure platform operations in the best way possible. In the near future we foresee the platform operations teams growing to a larger team.
De Bijenkorf’s Technology team is a fast growing team. Spread over 10 multidisciplinary squads, engineers continuously deliver software of high quality for our webshops, mobile apps and omnichannel applications. In addition we work with a near shore team of developers and a select group of partners to deliver software in an agile way. Several suppliers deliver a key piece of SaaS software tightly integrated with our online environment. Our digital platform runs in the Google Compute Cloud.
